Sarah Bekkers

Sarah Bekkers has spent nearly two decades in residential real estate across NSW and Queensland. She started on reception in 2007 and has since worked in just about every seat in an agency: admin, sales, marketing, trust accounting, property management, operations and leadership.

That ground level experience means she knows how a real estate business actually runs, and what life looks like for the people in each role. At Ray White ICON, she focuses on workflow, team capability and operational leadership that helps good people do great work, without burning them out in the process.

Sarah holds an MBA, graduating in the top 10% of her cohort and has been a finalist in multiple REINSW and REB Awards for Excellence in Operational Leadership. She's passionate about leadership, workplace wellbeing and what makes a team both healthy and high performing. Her goal is simple: leave the people, teams and businesses she works with stronger than she found them.
