Rhys Cockram

Rhys has spent most of his working life somewhere between real estate, sales and marketing.

His property experience covers a broad mix, from high-rise investor stock and prestige homes through to the suburban family market. Along the way, he also spent several years in digital marketing, working on advertising, websites, brand strategy and lead generation for businesses and real estate teams.

These days, Rhys works alongside Kelly Qualtrough and has joined Ray White ICON with the team from launch. He sells residential property across The Hills District, Chermside, Bridgeman Downs and Brisbane's northern suburbs.

The marketing background hasn't gone anywhere. It shows up in how Rhys looks at a property before it goes to market: how it's presented, what buyers will notice, how it performs online, and what needs to change if a campaign isn't getting the response it should.

Rhys is relaxed by nature and has little interest in the polished real estate persona. He'd rather be straight with people, explain things properly and have a normal conversation about what is usually a pretty big decision.

Outside work, he's a husband, dad to two boys, Broncos tragic and keen golfer. The golf remains a work in progress.
