Kelly Qualtrough

Kelly Qualtrough has been selling real estate since 2005 and she's built the kind of business most agents only talk about. She and her team are part of Ray White's Chairman's Elite, the top 1% of a network of 13,000 agents.

Before real estate, Kelly owned and ran several successful hair salons. That's where she learnt to negotiate, run a business and look after people, and it shows. Clients talk about her energy and warmth and they come back for her results and the way she keeps them calm and informed during what can be a stressful time.

Kelly has never been one to coast. She's been coached by Sherrie Storor for years, first one-on-one and then in Sherrie's Mastermind program for the past four years. Together they've built the systems that let her team run like clockwork. So when Sherrie launched Ray White ICON, Kelly was first to sign on, as both a lead agent and a shareholder.

As a mum of four boys and grandmother to three, Kelly knows a home is where life's biggest moments happen. She built her name in The Hills District, and with ICON she's taking that across Chermside, Bridgeman Downs and Brisbane's northern suburbs. Her focus is helping more families into the neighbourhood, giving back to her community and backing more women in business, alongside people she respects and genuinely enjoys working with.
